Returns

We want you to love your Housetray™.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@housetray.ai with your order number

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged


Damaged Items

Because Housetray™ is ceramic and hand-crafted, we take packaging seriously.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please email info@housetray.ai within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different finish, please return your item and place a new order
