RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We want you to love your Housetray™.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@housetray.ai with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.


Damaged Items

Because Housetray™ is ceramic and hand-crafted, we take packaging seriously.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please email info@housetray.ai within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different finish, please return your item and place a new order.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.


 

Due to the hand-crafted nature of Housetray™, minor variations are considered part of the design and are not defects.

Because each Housetray™ is hand-crafted and produced in Mexico, slight variations in finish, tone, or texture may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify product offerings or pricing at any time without notice.


4. Design & Intellectual Property

Housetray™ is protected by U.S. Design Patent D877,973 S and applicable trademark laws.

All content on this site, including images, logos, product designs, and text, is the property of Housetray™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized duplication or imitation of our protected design is strictly prohibited.


5. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment information is processed securely through Shopify Payments and third-party payment providers.


6. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.


7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Housetray™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.


9. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for their independent policies or practices.

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Housetray™.

We take care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Packaging

Each Housetray™ is hand-crafted and carefully packaged using eco-conscious materials produced in California. Because the product is ceramic, protective packaging is used to ensure safe transit.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS or other major carriers at our discretion.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Housetray™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement.


International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
